Cancellation and Refund Policy
We at ProManage IT Solutions understand that our customer's needs and project scopes may change over time. As a result, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure a fair agreement for both parties involved.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to Project Commencement: If a project is cancelled before work has begun, any deposit paid will be fully refunded, less any expenses already incurred on our end such as domain name registration, hosting setup, etc.
After Project Commencement: If a project is cancelled after the work has started but not yet completed, you will be billed for the hours already worked at our standard hourly rate or the percentage of the project completed, whichever is greater.
Project Completion: Once a project has been completed and launched, no cancellations will be accepted.
Refund Policy
Non-refundable: All purchases of time blocks for our maintenance, support and other services are non-refundable. Unused hours will be kept on account for you to use towards future maintenance or other services for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
Refunds on Deposits: Deposits for projects are refundable, less any work already performed, and less any expenses already incurred on our end such as domain name registration, hosting setup, etc.
Website Design and Development: For web design and development projects, once a project has been completed and launched, no refunds will be given. Hosting and Domain Services: No refunds are available for domain registration and hosting services once they have been initiated.
Project Delays and Client Liability
If a project is delayed due to the client's inability to provide necessary resources or feedback, and the client fails to engage in communication for a period of 30 days without prior notification, ProManage IT Solutions reserves the right to terminate the project. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Changes to this Policy
ProManage IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or change the cancellation and refund policy at any time. The current version of the policy will always be published on our website.
